A welcome offer is limited to eligible new customers and can be split across registration, account verification, qualifying play and reward stages. The current terms should say who can take part, which games count, when each step expires and what happens to unused rewards.
A matched reward links its size to qualifying activity. A spins offer assigns spins to a named game or selection. Neither description explains the full cost or restriction by itself.
Free spins
“Free” refers to the stake for the awarded spins, not necessarily unrestricted value afterwards. Terms may specify the game, spin value, activation window, expiry and wagering on resulting winnings. A conversion cap can limit the amount that becomes usable outside the bonus conditions.
Reloads and recurring rewards
A reload is aimed at an existing account rather than a new one. Opt-in rules, eligible days and wagering may differ from the welcome offer. Regular availability does not make a reload suitable; the same budget and time limits should apply.
